Responsible for assisting the Financial Service Center Manager in all aspects of leading the sales and service function, management and audit & control for a designated Financial Service Center. This position will provide customers with quality sales and service, supervise and coach employees, and serve as a Financial Service Center Manager in their absence. The incumbent in this position should typically have three or more years of experience in consumer banking. This position operates under the direct supervision of the Financial Service Center Manager.
Work with the Branch Manager to produce top line revenue growth
Motivate and coach staff to work as a team in order to achieve assigned goals
Develop and implement effective sales and acquisition strategies
Develop working relationships with integrated partners
Coach and develop staff with career path and succession planning focus
Participate in business development activities with management
Perform platform and teller duties when needed
Resolve customer challenges
Ensure adherence to all bank policies and procedures
Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct
Perform additional duties as required

High school diploma/GED or equivalency
NMLS registration within regulated guidelines
Sales experience with proven results
Strong written/verbal/organizational skills

Energetic and engaging interpersonal communication skills
Previous experience with MS Office Suite
A minimum of 2 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience

Successful completion of the Univest University Leadership Certificate Program and the conflict resolution course within 12 months of hire
