Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and managing vendor relationships? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Facility Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and smooth facility management at our client's 2 million sq ft campus.

We will rely on your expertise to manage the flow of work orders and oversee vendors and their contracts. You will also be hands on with daily property inspections. This is an excellent opportunity to test and grow your skills in Facility Management at a fascinating and complex facility.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING/:

  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering all soft services with leadership, responsiveness, and creativity

  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for client employee inquiries, issues, and feedback related to workplace services

  • Anticipate needs and concerns, exceed client expectations, and build meaningful relationships with employees and guests

  • Conduct regular walkthroughs and assessments to ensure compliance with service level agreements, policies, and regulations

  • Identify and escalate potential risks to ensure privacy and security

  • Assist the Facilities Manager in coordinating discussions with vendors and suppliers, establishing performance criteria, and conducting performance reviews

  • Review invoices to ensure accurate billing and assist in developing and managing facility operating budgets

  • Track variances and seek cost-saving opportunities while delivering monthly/quarterly/annual reporting

  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines, policies, and rules to maintain a safe working environment

  • Implement building procedures and performance measures to improve operational standards

  • Manage work order requests within the system and ensure completion within service level agreements

  • Proactively order supplies on a weekly basis for the team.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent facilities or property management experience.

  • 3+ years of facilities management or operations experience. Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, mechanical and services, required.

  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or other professional licenses or certification a plus.

  • Superior client relationship management skills.

  • Strong supervisory and people management skills.

  • Ability to plan and manage financials within budget and time constraints.

  • Experience with managing multiple vendors and small capital projects.

  • Computer proficiency with MS Office and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:

80,000.00 - 100,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
