Position Summary:

We are now looking for an Assistant to provide a high degree of administrative support and service to managers, unit leadership teams and where applicable to unit members. Assistants may in some cases take decisions on behalf of his/her manager and represent the unit if delegated. Further, contribute to and coordinate activities in different projects in the administrative area, act as expert for the administrative support systems whenever needed and authorize e.g. orders, invoices in line with authorization policies and routines. Support and inform about Ericsson internal administrative processes, systems and tools. The tasks performed can be on an ad-hoc basis. All above to optimize administrative efficiency, meet business needs and enable the line organization to focus on the core business.


  • You will support with day to day needs for the leader being supported

  • Support with use of Ericsson administrative tools & other general tools

  • Support with international travel arrangements including but not limited to flights, cabs/rental car, hotels

  • Manage Executive expense reports

  • Organize meetings within and outside of Ericsson by coordinating calendars with other admins

  • Drive continuous improvement and implementation of administrative routines

  • Plan and organize internal and external e.g. events, meetings, workshops, trainings

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in Executive Assistant or similar Capacity

  • Flexibility to work off hours on a need basis

  • Be proactive and anticipate needs for the leader being supported

  • MS Office (excel, power point, word), Outlook, PDF file converter, SAP and conference equipment

  • Aptitude to learn new IT tools so that Ericsson quickly.

This role is responsible for creating an entire end-to-end process for specific categories to ensure all of our teams are able to execute their jobs in a manner that will support the merchant strategy and drive more At Home specific and exclusive product that tie back to company-wide themes & initiatives. Key Roles & Responsibilities: * Build category level end-to-end process calendar based on milestone meeting deadlines, category & COO specific lead-times, and in store date requirements. * Lead category level cross-functional team throughout end-to-end process to stay on task and hit deadlines within the Development Calendar. * Oversee Slot Plan execution to achieve merchant strategic initiatives. * Provide insight and learnings on how to improve T&A as well as processes. * Setup and manage weekly touch point meetings with Design Development, Sourcing, and Merchant partners. * Create agendas and actionable recaps on all meetings and touch points throughout the end-to-end process. * Establish & communicate to Product Partners critical end-to-end deadlines & deliverables as well as proprietary directives in which to commence the development process. * Manage development sample tracking with Product Partners utilizing the PD Tracker tool. * Coordinate product packaging communication and alignment on development product. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of category performance sales, margin and sell-through. * Organize & maintain PDDD Library of core materials, finishes, forms, samples and pantones. * Assist in meeting prep, setup and teardown throughout the end-to-end process.
