As Assistant Child Care Director of Primrose School of Cumming West, your dedication to the success of our next generation will ensure we deliver on our mission of bringing the best and most trusted early childhood education and care to the families we serve.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years working in a licensed childcare facility

  • Previous experience in leadership is preferred

  • Positive attitude

  • Great Communication skills

  • A passion for working with young children

  • Minimum of an Associates degree and/or a CDA

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • Day to Day Operations of the school

  • Staff Scheduling

  • Maintaining Bright From the Start and Primrose Policies and Guidelines

  • Managing a team of 20+ staff members

  • Parent and Staff Communication

  • Ensuring that all files are compliant and all records are up to date

Our ideal candidate has:

  • A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.
