Job Summary:
In this critical leadership position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams focused on research and development. You will help the team define internal goals and work together to achieve them.
Expectations for this position include both strategic and technical roles within OAIRE. The position will work with the Director of Strategic Innovation to define long term technical goals and expectations, hire engineers, and support the prioritization of projects. This position is also expected to be actively involved in developing new processes, identifying internal needs and requirements, and setting capability growth timelines. This role may travel for technology testing, presentations, or outreach events.

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Six years of experience.
A strong technical leader with broad experience building and leading high-performing, passionate teams.
Passionate about mentoring and supporting career development for both engineers and engineering managers.
Has broad knowledge of engineering procedures and assists in the resolution of complex problems.
Able to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.
Critical research, design, and technical decision-making skills.
Have extensive experience as an engineer, including execution and management of complex technical projects.
