Assistant Director Of Reynolds Center

Duties: Assist director with daily management of Reynolds Center and Student Even Center; maintain records of events; coordinate facility request process and event(s) setup; operate and oversee management software and secure technology; host off-campus functions; work with Aramark for catering events and media for TV's; handle payments for events, work with different departments for major events of/off campus; coordinate with bookstore and Aramark for any needed maintenance issues; must be able to host and supervise after-hours events when necessary and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred; knowledge of technology used in presentations, i.e., projectors, laptops, sound systems; ability to maintain statistics on building use and inventory; able to perform small maintenance around building; work with IT to maintain up to date technology in the building; purchase new equipment as necessary to maintain operating goals.
