Job Description:
The Assistant Director's primary responsibility is to recruit and assist new, transfer, and re-entry students through the enrollment process. The AD is accountable for territory management through best practices in relational marketing.
The position requires proficiency with individual and group presentations, development and implementation of CRM communications plans, and the use of social media to communicate LSUE's brand promise. The AD also assist with on-campus events, campus tours, and Bengal Days. Serving as the central liaison to prospective students, the AD helps applicants navigate the admissions, financial aid and registration processes
Job Responsibilities:
20%- Territory Management

20%- CRM Administration-Serve as one of the primary administrative users of customer relationship management system to create, track and report on effectiveness and outcomes for communication plans, case management, and other recruitment initiatives. Ensure that recruiting personnel are properly utilizing the CRM to enter and track inquiry, prospect, and new student data and communications. Track progress of recruiting leads

Minimum Qualifications:
Associates Degree
3-5 years experience in Marketing, communications, recruiting, or similar experience or experience working in a high school or college setting. Preferred Workday Software Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
4 or more years of experience in Marketing, communications, recruiting, or similar experience working in a high school or college setting. Preferred Workday Software Experience
