Summary:

Ray Graham Association is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Program Supports to provide direct oversight and leadership to 4 Community Learning Centers (CLC) located in Elmhurst, Lombard, Naperville, and Burr Ridge, serving approximately 344 individuals daily. The Assistant Director reports directly to the Director. This role involves ensuring each program location offers diverse, person-centered, and community-based activities to help individuals achieve their personal goals. The Assistant Director leads agency outreach to meet families' service needs and oversees staff training and development to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from DHS, IDPH, BQM, and other relevant bodies. Alignment with Ray Graham Association's mission and values is essential.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related Human Service field

• Valid Illinois Driver's License

• Successful completion of State Police, HCWR, DCFS requirements

• Previous experience in direct support for individuals with developmental disabilities

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight to 4 Community Learning Centers

• Develop and implement diverse, person-centered activities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Lead agency outreach to meet families' service needs

• Oversee staff training and development

• Promote and grow the CLCs and other RGA Service Programs
