This posting is for the position of Assistant Director of Operations at HomePort Hampton Roads (HHR). This position will assist the Director of Operations in the overall administration of the HHR. Duties will involve direct interaction with Navy partners and other project stakeholders, overall project administration, budget management, oversight of facilities management, leasing, bookkeeping, sailor welfare and general activities.

Oversight of overall operations
Maintain effective communications and an excellent working relationship with Navy
Essential Duties (other duties may be assigned):
Oversight of leasing activities
Oversight of facilities management
Oversight of bookkeeping activities
Oversight of sailor wellness program
Extensive familiarity with Navy operations required.
Previous or current senior enlisted experience required.
