Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Assistant Director to join our team and collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing in planning and monitoring departmental progress. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing productivity and ensuring strict adherence to regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Oversight and Staff Management:
Collaborate with the DON to supervise nursing activities, ensuring adherence to protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise nursing staff, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback for professional development.
Participate in recruitment, orientation, and training of new nursing personnel to maintain high standards of care.
Operational and Administrative Duties:
Develop and implement nursing care plans and procedures to enhance patient care outcomes.
Manage nursing schedules to ensure adequate coverage, optimizing staffing levels based on patient care needs and budget constraints.
Assist in budget planning, resource allocation, and monitoring of expenses related to nursing operations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of nursing activities, patient care, and staffing.
Quality Improvement and Compliance:
Lead initiatives to ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and institutional policies.
Participate in quality assurance programs, implementing evidence-based practices to improve patient care outcomes.
Monitor and analyze nursing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Leadership and Communication:
Serve as a mentor and resource for nursing staff, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting professional growth.
Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Act as a liaison between nursing staff and administration, advocating for nursing needs and initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing Leadership, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
3-5 years of proven experience in nursing leadership or management within a healthcare setting, preferably as a Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager.
In-depth knowledge of nursing best practices, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
Strong leadership abilities, including effective communication, coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Salary:
Salary Range: GBP 5,600 per month (Tax-free) based on experience and country of origin.
