Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) needed in Carlisle, PA.

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000
• Health Insurance (Employee: $48.86 bi-weekly)

• Continuing Medical Education – days off with $3,500 allowance

• Full support staff
• No call or weekends

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
• Overseeing patient care, clinical operations, and staff management
• Primarily working in the Carlisle clinic

Requirements

• Clear and active Pennsylvania State license as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 3 years supervisor/leadership experience as an RN
• 5+ years of experience as an RN providing direct patient care
• Willing to travel between 3 locations (Carlisle, Mechanicsburg, & Loysville)
