You actively contribute to achieving nursing department goals, ensuring staff development aligns with our objectives. Your focus on recruitment and retention maintains a skilled nursing staff for efficient resident care. Collaborating with department heads fosters unity and creates a joyful atmosphere. You oversee the development of an effective documentation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Stepping in whenever needed, you provide direct resident care, fostering meaningful interactions with residents and families. QUALIFICATIONS

• RN certifications

• RN Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university

• Up-to-date CPR certification

• 3+ years of nursing experience in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population

• 1+ years of management experience

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations of facility function
