As an assistant director of nursing (ADON), you will supervise and delegate nursing activities. You will help the director of nursing manage clinical operations and develop care plans. You will evaluate performance by the nursing department and recommend improvements.

Individual must have 2 years experience in long-term care, preferably as ADON. REGISTERED NURSE (RN) in the State of Illinois and in good standing.
