Job Description - Assistant Director of Multilingual Learners

Qualifications

Qualified applicants are required to have a valid Illinois Professional Educator License with a Principal or General Administrative Endorsement; bilingual Education endorsement or English as a new language endorsement with a language designation; successful EL teaching experience; and prior administrative experience preferred.

Salary/Benefits

The recommended candidate for this position will receive a regionally competitive starting salary depending on educational background and experience. A comprehensive benefits package including Board-paid TRS and THIS contributions, five weeks paid vacation per year, and 80% district-paid medical (including 100% reimbursement for non-emergency care at Rush affiliated providers on our PPO & HCA plans) and dental insurance.
