Position Title: Assistant Director of HRIS
Description:
The Assistant Director of HRIS will lead the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) unit in the daily operations associated with the Human Resources System (PeopleSoft). Additionally the Assistant Director of HRIS will direct and maintain oversight on system implementations, updates and actions related to data integrity, data entry, position management, system security, leave management, audits and reporting requirements.

Additionally the Assistant Director of HRIS will direct and maintain oversight on system implementations, updates and actions related to data integrity, data entry, position management, system security, leave management, audits and reporting requirements.

Telework:
A hybrid telework schedule may be available.
Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities include:
Administrator for PeopleSoft, system ticketing queue and DocuSign for all HR-related forms. Subject matter expert and functional liaison for business critical HR systems.
Manages all activities related to the leave management process and administration.
Manages internal and external review and request of analytical and statistical reporting and data requests through the development of queries, self-service reporting pages and ad hoc reports.
Supervises and leads both exempt and nonexempt HR Specialists who manage and update personnel and position information in PeopleSoft.
Troubleshoots issues with HR System through resolution, including research, planning and testing.
Manages responses and data from audit and compliance reporting inquires.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Five years of HCM process, data, system management experience
Demonstrated leadership in system and process implementations
Experience as a leader with peers and campus partners in working groups, committees and teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve system issues and data points
Preferred Qualifications:
PeopleSoft Experience
Higher Education or Public Sector Experience
