Location: New Rochelle High School
Primary Job Duties: Under the direct supervision of the Director of Food Services, the work involves the oversight of various culinary functions within the School District's lunch program.
The work is performed according to established policies and procedures in accordance with applicable State, local, and federal laws, rules and regulations which apply to school lunch programs. Supervision is exercised over the work of lunchroom managers, cooks, and various school lunch program personnel. Does related work as required.

Qualifications
Graduation from a regionally accredited or NYS registered college or university with an Associate's degree in food service management, dietetics, family and consumer sciences, nutrition education, culinary arts, business or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the food service industry.

Must be New York State Resident
