This position assists in the management of all outlets and lounges as assigned. The ideal candidate works well with a changing work environment as this position will rotate between outlets & lounges, based on business levels and will include shift coverage as needed.

Essential Functions:

• Provide leadership to departments to achieve their goals and objectives.

• Communicate goals and objectives effectively and inspire employees to achieve those goals.

• Supervise and train all front of house F&B staff.

• Participate in core operational meetings.

• Sell concepts and ideas to management, peers and employees.

• Utilize customer satisfaction surveys to develop and implement action plans to address areas of need.

• Fully understands the menus and wine lists. From the standpoint of ingredients and preparation of the dishes to the delivery and service expected to accompany the dish.

• Visually inspect space for proper set and cleanliness.

• Direct consistent communication with the culinary and management team.

• Listens to and resolves customer complaints regarding service, product and personnel.

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets and lounges including scheduling, cost control, guest relations and company policies.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Requires a minimum of 5 year of food and beverage supervisory experience.

• Ability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.

• Natural leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team and provide mentoring & development opportunities to high potential talent

• Versatility to manage a diverse range of managerial responsibilities and a diverse work force.

• Knowledge of food & beverage service styles, preparation and presentation.
