Reports To:  Director of Day Supports
Physical Requirements: Bending, pulling, lifting, standing, sitting, walking etc.
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. M-F 7:30a-4:00p
Pay Range: The pay range is $61,807 to $88,320Job Summary: 
Responsible for oversight of day services programs as assigned.  Work collaboratively with teams and community members to develop programs, services, and community involvement consistent with a participants person-centered plan as well as the agency mission and vision.  Ensure strategic plan goals, budgets and quality plans are implemented and achieved.  Stay current with all regulatory requirements and ensure they are met.Job Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum of three years of administrative and progressive supervisory experience required.
  • Three years’ experience in human services programs required.
  • Must demonstrate proven leadership, communication, fiscal and administrative skills.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
  • Valid NYS Driver’s License.
Major Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure life centered planning and support towards personal outcomes.  This includes ensuring program options sustain preference, choice and variety within their community and across services.
  2. Maintain a working knowledge of all associated State and Federal regulations and maintain regulatory compliance, updating program and policy procedures as directed.
  3. Provide supervision to Program Coordinators and other direct reports
  4. Manage and maintain program finances including but not limited to; review of financial statements, review of site FTE and OT reports and review and approval of payroll for all direct report.
  5. Ensure that direct support levels are identified, and positions are filled for all services to include the relief pool.
  6. Address program participant issues as needed and per agency policy and procedures.
  7. Maintain a safe environment for employees and participants by maintaining a working knowledge of all safety regulations, both State and Federal and other, and associated agency policies and procedures.
  8. Attend site meetings at least quarterly.
  9. Ensure completion and maintenance of CCE’s, PES’s, PIPs and IDPs for all direct reports per agency policy and procedure.
