This position's primary responsibilities include cultivating, recruiting, supporting, and stewarding alumni participating in engagement activities. The role builds pathways to fundraising success by deepening engagement among alumni and communicating strategically with alumni in chapter cities. Specific duties include providing support to the Chapter Leadership Council (CLC), managing Reed's regional engagement initiatives, and supporting the Alumni Board. This position reports to the Director of Alumni Relations and Volunteer Engagement. This is not a remote position.

Starting salary for this position is $56,800 - $60,800. Pay offers are contingent upon experience and are determined through an internal pay assessment. This is an exempt position in grade 5.
