ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, ADMISSIONS RECRUITING FOR EARLY CAREER PROGRAMS, Sloan School of Management, to support recruiting strategies and implement initiatives to attract qualified applicants for Sloan's Early Career Programs, including the Master of Finance(MFin) program, Master of Business Analytics program (MBAn), and the MBA early admission process (deferred admission to MBA for college seniors). Will help to grow the prospective applicant pipeline for these programs and develop conversion strategies to support enrollment for all of these programs; act as a liaison to student groups and alumni who support Sloan recruiting initiatives; serve as an active member of all three admissions' committees, reading applications and interviewing candidates and participating in the final selection process for seating each class.
