Assistant Director Of Administrative Supports

CIESC seeks a qualified candidate for the position of Assistant Director of Administrative Supports. The successful candidate will be responsible for administration and implementation of CIESC's strategic planning services.

• Work with district leadership teams to identify the best approach to strategic planning.

• Coordinate and/or conduct a readiness visit with district and community stakeholders to determine district strengths and areas for improvement.

• Facilitate consensus-building workshops to:

• Help districts shape their vision, mission, values.

• Review or create a Portrait of a Learner/Graduate.

• Create an action plan designed to embed academic and operational goals into district culture and practice. The plan should include a monitoring/accountability component as well as a sustainability strategy.

• Facilitate district utilization of CIESC programs and services within the strategic plan, including professional development, video production, and public relations.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CIESC's strategic model.

• Identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

• Act as a state and national expert in strategic planning trends and represent CIESC to external constituencies.

• Identify new strategies, business opportunities, and technologies that can lead innovation and growth that meets the needs of CIESC.
