Assistant Director Nursing (Bronx, NY, Us)

Assists in directing the daily activities of a designated clinical function to ensure that the business and clinical goals and objectives are achieved. Develops and implements policies and procedures, prepares and monitors the budget, and manages staff. Serves as the Director in his or her absence.

Alternate Weekend and Holiday coverage required.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:

• New York State RN License

• BSN Degree Required

• MSN Degree Required

• Minimum of 3 years of Management experience required

• Basic Life Support Training

• Infection Control Training

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required ( written and oral)

• Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval systems
