Job Summary:

Directly responsible for the management of Promotional Review Committee team and process. Responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders (Marketing, Regulatory, Medical Affairs and Legal) are involved in coordination and review of marketing materials. Participates in the development of plans for product promotion in support of marketing objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Direct management and lead for cross-functional PRC (promotional review committee) team including, Regulatory, Medical, Legal

  • Oversee Veeva Vault project management system for documenting and tracking promotional materials

  • Responsibility for training new users on Vault and the promotional review process; making Vault and PRC process updates within Vault as applicable and functioning as the team expert

  • Capture all comments and action items during PRC review and summarize in follow up notes and email communication with the PRC team, brand team and senior management

  • Oversee all PRC process governing documents, manage PRC to the established processes, and update documents as needed

  • Coordinate FDA/OPDP submissions for all PRC approved materials

  • Maintain open communication with all teams and provide prompt answers to requests in order to determine how to convey

concise, clear, and timely selective information

  • Other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff members as Company needs and their is growth within the department

Knowledge & Other Qualifications:

  • 7+ years' experience in marketing operations, pharmaceutical operations, or other relevant experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or organizational development or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years' experience with supervising staff preferred

  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

  • Experience with Veeva Vault highly preferred

  • Communicate excellently verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization and with outside partners

  • Excellent copywriting skills and ability to rework technical content for a wider audience

  • Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment

  • Positively and professionally represent Supernus and our Company values in all interactions both internally and externally

  • Effective project management skills

  • Proficiency in MS Project preferred

  • Plan decisions and practice excellent judgment

  • Build excellent working relationships to attain goals

  • Work collaboratively and efficaciously as a team

member

  • Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or carrying objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of

the time.

  • The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer screen, iPad, or other electronic device; and extensive reading

  • The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
