POSITION SUMMARY This role is for a Career Program Assistant Director who will oversee the El Segundo Ednovation Lab, a space focused on innovation and creating excellent career experiences between students and employers. This Assistant Director will facilitate a career exposure program offering students real-world career experiences and skill building, maintain key employer partner relationships, and also support the design of a pilot program focused on preparing students for a trajectory to career placement.
