Salary Range: $74,407 - $128,733

Areas of Responsibility and Preferred Qualifications will include:

  • Five (5) years of experience as an SAP Basis Administrator with responsibilities for configuring, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting the SAP technical environment on an ongoing basis.

  • Experience managing the scheduling and execution of the SAP transport system, including resolving SAP transport program and source code report issues.

  • Experience with the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of SAP systems.

  • Experience in introducing technical changes (including support packages, kernel upgrades, and system upgrades) into the technical environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability, and performance of each ERP application instance.

  • Lead and coordinate the assigned technical team in the integration of technical services within, and in conjunction with, the ERP application.

Leads and grows the financial reporting and technical accounting function and be an integral member of the corporate finance team. Detailed responsibilities: * Directs and oversees the preparation and distribution of all periodic financial statements for internal and external use. Ensures that reports, filings and documentation complies with company s regulations, professional standards, and Governmental Accounting Standards and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles reporting guidelines. * Advises leadership and executives of trends and changes in reporting requirements and recommends best approach for any changes in reporting. * Confirms that entries, transactions, and accounts are accurately and properly consolidated and are included in internal and external financial statements. * Manages month-end close reporting responsibilities, external audit financial statement preparation, and various internal financial reporting needs. * Leads the implementation of new accounting pronouncements, working with external auditors and various internal stakeholders (such as Finance, Supply Chain, IT, HR, and Construction). Includes interpreting technical accounting guidance and managing the related financial reporting components. * Focuses on process improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance controls and processes and provides recommendations. * Provides financial and business operations support to key departments and business operating units, including return on investment analyses, financial projections, ad hoc reporting, and various other needs. * Performs and supervises a significant volume of special projects, including all accounting, finance, and business operational needs. * Supervises and coaches a team of financial professionals with varying levels of experience, roles, and responsibilities. * Assists with planning and monitoring the staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, performance management, disciplinary actions, continuing education initiatives, and service level requirements. * Leads Enterprise Resource Planning implementation efforts as it relates to all internal and external financial reporting.
