Summary Description:

Colorado College seeks an Assistant Director for Employer Relations to join our dynamic Career Center team in our mission to help students connect their liberal arts experiences to their professional journeys. Reporting to the Career Center Director, this team member leads our employer relations strategy, conducts outreach to prospective employers (including alumni and parents), and cultivates relationships and strategic partnerships to expand job and internship opportunities for Colorado College students.

Personal characteristics required include creativity; a resourceful self-starter; strong planning skills; excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will be committed to the mission of a liberal arts college, will support and contribute to the goal of achieving greater diversity at Colorado College, and will be able to work effectively with the many constituencies in a college environment.
