This position is responsible for the collection, analysis, and evaluation of reporting requirements, and for the specification of standard and customized reports in order to fulfill the needs of internal and/or external clients; work closely with our clients to understand reporting requirements, to ensure user acceptance criteria is defined and followed, to coordinate the distribution of reports, and to provide support on questions, issues, etc.; understand the data available in multiple enterprise data repositories, and establish an effective communication channel with our clients and report developers to ensure requirements are translated accurately into reporting deliverables.


  • Bachelor Degree and 1year experience to include but not limited to: Business Intelligence and reporting tools (e.g. Cognos), or relational databases and reporting systems in data warehouse environments, or in client reporting support, and reporting analysis OR 3 years experience to include but not limited to: Business Intelligence and reporting tools (e.g. Cognos), or relational databases and reporting systems in data warehouse environments, or in client reporting support, and reporting analysis.

  • Knowledge of the importance of metadata for reporting.

  • Knowledge in JAD (joint application design) facilitation or other requirements gathering techniques.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences in both written and verbal form.

  • Analytical, conceptual and root cause analysis skills.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously both independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals.

  • Interpersonal, presentation, verbal, written and communication skills

  • Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional role

  • Typically requires a college or university degree OR the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts

  • Receives significant instruction, guidance and direction from others

LinkedIn is expanding the team that drives customer value through product adoption. In this new role, you will act as an Implementation Consultant for clients who enter into the Talent Solutions Enterprise Program (TSEP). We are growing our Customer Success Team to focus on educating and engaging LinkedIn's customers who are part of TSEP, helping them achieve success with LinkedIn products, maximizing their return on their investment. This position's primary responsibility is acting as a short term, client-facing project manager who is mapped to newly closed TSEP deals for the first 8-16 weeks of the TSEP Implementation phase. You will be responsible for executing against existing project plans for enterprise and/or global clients, holding internal and external stakeholders accountable to timelines, leading scaled change management efforts, delivering LinkedIn education courses ensuring client utilization and optimization, and partnering with other Customer Success Managers and Relationship Managers to showcase client's return on investment. Successful delivery will require innovative thinking and strong project management skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while also managing tactical execution for the Talent Solutions Enterprise Program and customers. Responsibilities: * Partner with existing LTS account team to lead post-sales implementation strategy for LinkedIn's TSEP customers. * Leverage SmartSheets technology to manage the implementations of between 5-25 TSEP clients. * Adopt and leverage existing TSEP processes and implement new, scaled processes and resources for clients. * Conduct gap analysis to identify current and existing training opportunities for seat holders in partnership with Customer Success Manager. * Deliver group user informational and training sessions about LinkedIn products, industry benchmarking and best practices. * Act as internal subject matter expert on the TSEP Program (processes, compliance, identify and mitigate risks, collect and share best practices). * Utilize LinkedIn, client and other data to derive insights and use these to drive greater customer engagement with LinkedIn products. * Partner with Relationship Managers to transform how TSEP clients measure and monitor success of their LTS investment. * Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs. * Work with the education services team and product teams to provide customer feedback that informs the creation of additional training content and delivery technologies. * Travel up to 25% Basic Qualifications: * 2+ years program/project management, consulting and/or recruiting * 5+ years direct customer facing work experience * BS/BA Degree Preferred Qualifications: * Professional fluency in Spanish * Professional and confident public presence; experience in commanding large audiences as a trainer and/or speaker in both virtual and in-person settings. * Ability to establish rapport, define expectations and gain commitment to project goals and deliverables in a short period of time. * Ability to develop strong relationships with customers, and cross-functional partners by anchoring on confidence, collaboration and shared vision of success. * Experience working with multiple customers simultaneously and the ability to work with competing priorities. * Consultative approach to training. Demonstrated experience in successfully gaining an understanding of core customer needs, tailoring training to those needs, and assessing progress. * Strong ability to derive insight from customer utilization data. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to make decisions and solve problems collaboratively while working under pressure and against challenging timelines. * Strong verbal and written communication skills and technical aptitude. * Experience with virtual webinar technology strongly preferred. * Strong Microsoft Office capabilities: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint * Relevant graduate degree * Use of LinkedIn Recruiter license Linkedin Chicago IL
