As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating activities of our Custodial Services Contract on Fairchild Air Force Base. In this position, you will support the Project Manager by supervising assigned activities of contract operations. You will be working alongside team supervisors, and custodians to complete daily custodial work. Additionally, in this position, you will serve as the project manager in their absence.
High school diploma or GED required.
We prefer someone with two years of supervisory and custodial experience.
Preference for moderate competency in Microsoft Office software to include Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Preference for competency in professional communication both verbally and in writing.
You must have respect and empathy for individuals with disabilities.
Must have a valid driver's license, be at least 18 years of age and have a safe driving record as determined by Skils'kin's vehicle insurance carrier.
Must be able to obtain a Federal Contractors Badge upon employment.
Compensation & Benefits
This is an hourly paid position and pay is issued every two weeks. Skils'kin pays an additional fringe benefit per hour toward the employee's health and welfare benefits which include options for medical, dental, life insurance, and 401K. Employees also earn paid time off.
