Position Responsibilities

• Lead and support Credit Team Leads and Analysts, ensuring effective onboarding and ongoing team development.

• Recruit, retain and motivate team members for top performance.

• Manage daily, weekly and monthly staff schedules.

• Work with Credit Management to implement new credit procedures that boost cash flow and reduce losses.

• Assess credit risks related to customer segments, products, industries and third-party ratings.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. Focus in finance, accounting or a related field preferred.

• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in credit or collections.

• 2+ years of leadership experience.

• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, financial analysis and credit limit determination.
