Assistant Controller $80-100K Well established South Jersey Manufacturer seeks financial professional with (10)+ years? accounting and financial experience to join their team! The ideal candidate will be a ?hands on? contributor and possess both cost accounting and general ledger experience within a manufacturing environment.

The broad based responsibilities of this position encompass a blend of cost accounting and general ledger duties. These include month-end closing and financial statement preparation, maintaining cost standards, and performing inventory counts and controls. Develop analyses to capture costs by product line.

Additional responsibilities include general ledger reconciliations and analyses and oversee payroll. Supervise and develop staff of (3). The successful candidate will be a team player, possess a Can Do attitude and be a proactive problem solver. This person needs to be effective in dealing with all levels of personnel within the organization.

The AM is responsible for one or more of the following functions within the store: Sales/Credit, Talent, Customer and/or Operations.
