What you will do in this role:

Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of HCA Accounting principles and practices. Understands daily accounting transactions and anticipates their impact on the financial statements.

Utilizes available computer systems and software applications effectively and efficiently. On an as-needed basis, instructs other Accounting staff members in the use of these systems, including, but not limited to, HOST, Kronos, PLUS , SMART,Clear Access Business Objects, Support and Remark.

Possesses effective oral and written communication skills necessary to fulfill position duties and responsibilities.

Maintains awareness of current trends, changes, regulations and legislation in the Accounting and Healthcare industries

What qualifications you will need:

Bachelors degree in Accounting / Finance CPA preferred

Experience in mainframe and PC-based reporting systems preferred.

Minimum of two years of healthcare accounting experience preferred

Contributes to all areas of plant management and provide strong financial leadership.
