Education:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a finance, economics or accounting field.

Experience:

• Three years' experience in accounting/auditing/finance or similar field.

• Some knowledge of Estonian accounting and tax rules is a plus.

• Previous experience in an international company is a plus.

• Some knowledge of GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP is a plus.

• Having a certificate of CPA/ACCA is a plus.

Essential Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

• High level of proficiency with the Estonian language, both in verbal and written form.

• High level of proficiency with the English language, both in verbal and written form.

• Analytical skills.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

• Strong attention to details.

• Professional demeanor

• Ability to work with frequent interruptions and changes in workload priorities, ability to prioritize tasks, ability to maintain confidentiality.
