Assistant Community Manager

Rate: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

• Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.*

We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 268-unit apartment community in the East Riverside District area! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

• At least two years of experience in on-site property management and at least six months of Assistant Community Manager experience.

• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.

• Must be able to work one Saturday per month.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.

Work Days: Monday

• Saturday

Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am

• 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am

• 5:00 pm

Required License or Certification: Valid Driver's License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable, or willing to obtain a Driver's License to meet these stipulations within 60 days.
