Responsibilities

  • Assist the Business Manager (Food Service) in directing the operations and supervision of multiple food service facilities.

  • Recommends and enforces operating procedures.

  • Conducts surveys, reviews activity reports, and makes recommendations concerning services, promotion activities, and revenue improvements.

  • Assist Business Manager in the selection of employees and in training new employees to work situations, compliance with health and safety standards, and proper use of storage of tools and equipment.

  • Supervises assigned staff. Completes cash reports, and makes daily deposits.

Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.

Highly qualified individuals will posses the following:

Highly qualified personnel will have at least one experience working in a commercial kitchen operation grills, fryers, commercial ovens.

Highly qualified personnel will posses a Serv-Safe certification.

Applicants that meet the Highly Preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first. All others will be referred if management does not make a selection from the Highly Preferred list
