Job Summary:

LassiterWare, an Acrisure agency partner, is currently looking to add to our team with an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Business Account Manager in our Tampa location. This position supports Producers and/or service agents with their service needs and with making changes to existing accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Document and process incoming mail, endorsement requests and renewals as directed

  • Process certificates of insurance and evidence of property

  • Review policies for accuracy as directed

  • Assist with ordering loss runs

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent, required

  • Valid State of Florida 2-20 or 4-40 license

  • Minimum of one year insurance agency experience

  • Knowledge of insurance products and industry standards

  • Desire for position growth

Technology Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • AMS360 or similar agency management software experience, a plus

  • Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with clients and team members

  • Ability to contribute to a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating teamwork, high motivation, positive behavior, and effort to achieve goals and objectives

  • Self-motivated and driven

  • Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines

  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance

  • Demonstrate excellent time management and prioritization skills

  • Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy

  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information

  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
