Position Summary

The successful candidat will be responsible for overseeing operations at a branch office in conjunction with the Branch Manager. This positon will require the successful candidate to coordinate, supervise and manage the branch's employees at various locations as well as performs radiography work as required.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients and the staff in all aspects of work scope initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing

  • Liaise between corporate office and branch staff for communication and required documents

  • Ensure full compliance of all applicable regulations of all the radiation related activities.

  • Identifying the business development and branch needs according to the market and Clients' requirements

  • Manages the daily and general organization of the SIS personnel of the Branch according to works schedule

  • Ensure that personnel assigned to each project are adequately qualified, certified and competent to perform their tasks at all times

  • Acts as Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) of the Company, to ensure the full compliance of the applicable regulations as technical manager of all the radiation related activities

  • Responsible for submission of required paperwork in a timely matter, including worktickets, timesheets, and requested reports

  • Monitoring equipment and consumables

  • Responsible for leading the office in all aspects of the job including the Company's safety and safe driving policies

  • Responsible for on-the-job training and guidance of Technicians and Radiographer Assistants

  • Sets up, calibrates and utilizes nondestructive testing equipment

  • Conduct and interprets radiographic tests

  • Performs the duties of the job as directed

  • Perform other job related tasks as assigned

  • Adheres to the Company's Code of Conduct

  • Obtain and maintain all required certifications and licenses

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency

  • Prior Radiography and related Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) experience required
