Seasons Pizza is a privately held mid-sized restaurant group with locations in DE, MD, PA, and NJ with 25+ years of experience. We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and highly-organized individual who enjoys a casual work environment to join our team at our corporate office.
Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry
Enter data from source documents for multiple locations into prescribed database
Maintain and process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Review and process invoices for payout
Retrieve and log weekly payroll data in database
Make bank deposits
Basic office duties such as scanning, filing, and answering phones.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports
Provide clerical and administrative support to Accountant and other departments as requested.
Working knowledge of mid-size to large business bookkeeping preferred.
Working knowledge of Quicken or other accounting software preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
High School Diploma required, Bachelors degree preferred.
At least 1 year of bookkeeping and/or data entry experience.
Experience with an HRIS/ payroll system a plus.
Basic understanding of payroll taxes a plus.
