NSU is seeking a highly motivated assistant baseball coach. Primary duties include on-field coaching and training and recruiting elite student-athletes. Will assist with all aspects of a NCAA Division II baseball program and lead the new JV baseball program.

Essential functions and responsibilities include:

Identifies and develops team strategy for recruitment

Analyzes team needs in order to focus on recruitment efforts

Creates promotional strategy for contacting and recruiting prospective students

Assists with development of team budget

Assists with administration of policies and procedures

Leadership of the JV baseball program
