Position Summary Information

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree required

• Minimum of Two years experience in athletic training after certification, preferably in D1 Baseball

License/Certification Required

• BOC Certification

• Eligible for state licensure by the State of North Carolina Board of Athletic Training

• Current BLS or equivalent CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assistant Athletic Trainer for Baseball

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• prevention, treatment, management, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries
• daily athletic training room operations
• coverage of events and practices for assigned sports
• supervision of athletic training students
• other administrative duties assigned by the Director of Athletic Training Services
