Job Qualifications:

4-year college degree and coaching experience.

Knowledge of Excel, Eventlink Scheduler, Final Forms, and overall knowledge of the operations of an athletic program.

Strong organizational skills and time management skills.

Good communication skills and able to develop strong relationships with coaches and students.

Job Description:

• Assist with supervising athletic contests at home and away.

• Assist in maintaining the concession stand food, pricing, receipts, inventory, and scheduling of workers.

• Assist with athletic equipment storage, and approval of coaches' equipment needs.

• Assist with maintenance of facilities.

• Assist with facilitation of Awards Night group session and breakout session.

• Maintain coach certification, student-athlete physicals using Final Forms.

• Attend all Booster Club meetings.

• Assist with long range planning and review.

• Assist with the scheduling of sporting contests, paying of officials through Eventlink.

• Seek donations from businesses in the community for Game Day Broadcast, fundraisers, etc.

• Any other duty as assigned by the Athletic Director.

Salary Range:

Salary based on experience.
