Assistant Administrator & Director Of Nursing

Join Woodside Senior Communities as our Assistant Administrator & Director of Nursing for our Assisted Living facilities!

This is a new position to reflect our increasing acuity, census and commitment to quality and patient care.

As the Assistant Administrator & Director of Nursing, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Executive Director of Campus Living with administering, directing and coordinating all activities of the assisted living facility and assisted living memory care facility to carry out the objectives in the provision of senior care and related services. Will maintain the highest quality of care, supervision and evaluation of professional and nursing personnel. Responsible for the overall operation of the facilities, formulates plans and policies and allocates resources for the achievement of the objectives.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing possessing current and valid Wisconsin licensure required. Knowledge of policies and functions of all departments related to nursing care strongly desired.

The ability to properly mentor staff in the performance of their duties as needed is desired. Should have experience in a supervisor/manager role. Should be able to create an environment that will promote the provision of high-quality resident care by developing, implementing and evaluating the standards of nursing care. Should have basic computer skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization.
