The Assistant Account Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the marketing of renewals, drafting and preparing renewal client proposals, as required
Processing of endorsements
Issuing certificates, evidences and ID cards
Maintain and keep current, all bookkeeping systems, database and records
Processing Non-Pay Cancellations and resolving billing issues
Providing superior customer support - manage customer needs to a successful and timely resolution
General miscellaneous tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong attention to detail
Customer service oriented - ability to put yourself in the shoes of the customer
Proficient in Microsoft O365 (i.e. word, excel, etc.)
Familiar with Agency Management Systems and Carrier websites is a plus
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Flexibility to adapt to organizational needs as required
High School diploma or equivalent required
