Position Overview
Account Management at MullenLowe is about more than just client service (although we do that, too). As the connector between clients, partners, and the agency, everyone in Account Management is required to be hyper-adaptable and flexible, offering thoughtful builds in creative development, passionately selling through a campaign, mediating between different points of view, and keeping things fair, having tough conversations for the good of the relationship and work - and, of course, being a positive, awesome person people always want to have in the room. Account Management is expected to be the persuasive, resilient, and relentless force it takes to help great work get made, combining sharp points of view on both business and creative.
The Assistant Account Executive will work closely with all departments in the agency, including project management, media, production, analytics, brand planning and creative, to ensure the highest quality work is produced. The successful candidate has the ability to juggle multiple projects and should be driven, detail-oriented, amicable, a strong collaborator, hungry to do great work and eager to learn.
Responsibilities*
Assisting in managing the day-to-day activities of various digital activities including website updates and maintenance, digital content development, distribution social media, quality assurance of content and code.
Owning account administrative processes such as status reports, call reports, agendas, maintaining contact lists, preparing presentation materials, handling meeting prep and coordination, maintain files on server, etc.
Driving efficient internal and external meetings, working collaboratively with the client and internal teams to ensure projects are successfully completed on time and on budget.
Participating in deck development, client presentations, status calls, meeting prep and coordination.
Executing competitive monitoring and reporting.
Qualifications
Exceptional communications skills, written, and verbal.
Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). Keynote is a plus.
Recent college graduate preferred - degree in related field is ideal.
Advertising internships (or agency experience) is a plus.
Candidate must be a citizen of the United States.
