Calling all Assistant Account Executives! Small Army, a Finn Partners Company, is looking for a new member of our Relationship Team (aka Account Team). Ideally, it should be versed in the industry with at least a year of experience in an Agency-starting to feel their groove in agency life, have started to make some contributions, and are motivated to learn more. Our Junior Managers will have some client interaction and should love working with the creative team (giving feedback and keeping projects moving).


Rather than expecting our talent to be clearly defined with a list of qualifications, we look at a person's unique individuality and experience to help define the role. But here is a quick overview of what this position might entail:


Takes detailed notes during meetings/calls

Cleans up, organizes, and distributes notes after meetings

Completes projects on time

Has strong attention to detail


Supports Small Army's social efforts - creating and managing social posts and social content calendar


Assists RM team in client research

Conducts Man on the Street interviews for said research


Supports RM team as needed


Speaks clearly and professionally with Clients

Is able to effectively communicate Client feedback to the team


Is able to provide direction to creative while keeping a level head and confident tone


Always asking to jump in, do more, and has a drive to keep learning

Overview The Assistant Account Executive role assists with coordinating and supporting the Managing Director, Account Management and the Bank of America account team. He/she supports the account team and works closely with other agency departments to execute individual projects, ensuring that agency output adheres to client objectives, meets client deadlines, and achieves agency quality standards. In this junior-level position, the AAE continues to learn the account management function, the business of advertising, and agency operations overall. Primary Job Responsibilities Administrative Management: Schedules meetings; calendar management responsibilities; assist with expenses; coordinates travel as needed; assists with preparation and distribution of meeting materials; assists with ordering and set-up of catering; assists with room set-up; takes notes in meetings; prepares meeting summary reports, etc.; team activity coordination Account Management Support: Supports the social team on Bank of America, assists with creating production schedules; maintains client/team status reports; proactively communicates job status to the account team, other agency departments, and client as appropriate. This role will work closely with the Strategy and Analytics team to manage the client social strategy and programs.
