  • Provide general support (project and administrative) to business leadership team, which handles experiential marketing executions for a major B2B client
  • Handle administrative task for the team, inc. management of meetings, status documents, meeting notes
  • Handle financial administrative tasks for project activities, inc. processing POs and invoices, reconciling dept credit card, vendor payments and inputting estimates into system
  • Assist with research, creation of presentation decks, and event recaps
  • Owning portions of projects inc. hiring brand ambassadors, managing hotel room block, coordinating badge list and shipping, drafting show flows, ordering premiums, trafficking creative
  • Develop understanding of clients business and the industry
  • Learn internal processes such as job starts and estimates
  • Manage data reporting on various projects


  • Minimum of 1 year business experience OR marketing related internships
  • Previous agency or B2B marketing experience preferred
  • College graduate, ideally with a marketing major
  • Strong computer skills MS Office (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Solid communication skills written and verbal
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, resourceful
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to learn new processes and programs
