Provide efficient and effective administrative and client service support to account management in the day-to-day operations of assigned account(s).
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Stay up-to-date on competitive landscape.
Provides client service support to ensure that all assignments are executed timely and accurately.
Interface with internal departments ensuring successful completion of all projects.
Full follow-through of all projects.
Work with internal departments and client to advise status of on-going projects.
Maintain budgets for all on-going projects.
Duties may include budget control, schedule administration and report writing.
Attend business and strategy meetings relating to assigned account(s); prepare status reports and/or client contact reports.
Research and review competitive copy for presentation to account team.
Obtain necessary legal clearances on all advertising under direction of supervisor.
