Ball-Chatham is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our Titan Talent as

an Assistant Coach for 7th Grade Boys' Basketball at Glenwood Middle School for the 2024-2025 season.

Vacancy is for the 2024-2025 season. Pay based upon experience and as established by the Ball-Chatham Education Association Collective Bargaining Agreement Salary Schedule B-3 (Athletics).

Certified employees receive the "base," as TRS is calculated accordingly.

What do Assistant Coaches Do?

• Assist in implementing the Head Coaches' vision in all aspects of the program.

• Communicate appropriately with all stakeholders.

• Assists with equipment and supply needs.

Minimum Requirements

• Broad knowledge base and understanding of the sport

• CPR Certification required prior to start of season

• Ability to pass a fingerprint criminal background check
