GS Ayco

Goldman Sachs Ayco Financial Counseling (Ayco) partners with Fortune 1000 companies to design and implement tailored financial planning programs for their workforce leveraging the 50-year heritage of Ayco and the comprehensive resources of Goldman Sachs to meet the evolving needs of their employees. Ayco believes companies best serve their stakeholders and the greater economy when their employees' financial lives are clear, understood and in their control. Ayco advisors and technical specialists help clients achieve their personal financial goals through education and guided implementation across seven key financial disciplines, including employee benefit planning.

A Client Analyst provides relationship management/support to clients and advisors by focusing on client service and team operations. Client Analysts play an integral role on the team in tracking the pipeline of business growth opportunities and are the main point of contact with clients in managing the onboarding process, as well as the ongoing operational client experience.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

Serving as the primary operational driver of the Executive Financial Management (EFM) team by triaging incoming inquiries and tracking client priorities:

  • Managing the pipeline of new business opportunities in Salesforce

  • Client on-boarding, data management and contracting

  • Preparing, submitting and tracking of new brokerage accounts through to funding

  • Introducing clients to the firm's digital platform and providing clients with an overview of website features

  • Monitor and resolve client billing and contract issues

  • Schedule client meetings and support and monitor quality control requirements

  • Assist with tax season activities, including tax return quality control, estimated payments and e-filing • Complete required paperwork for asset transfer and account service requests (e.g., banking services, statement LOAs, POA, beneficiary designations, etc.)

Prepare documents for 3rd party investment accounts; interfacing with the Data Integration team to resolve issues

  • Interface with internal groups to complete various investment and operational tasks, including:

Various items relating to Goldman/Fidelity accounts

Special Investments and Private Equity requests

o Fixed Income groups for keep/sell analyses and funding exceptions

o Client Data Management for data management and updating of Ayco records

  • Initiating and tracking status of Annual Letter Mailings

  • Completion of call backs and knowledge-based authentication as required

  • Complete positive/negative consent client emails, handle exception tracking and comments

  • Regional subject matter expert for roll out of new policies/procedures or initiatives from Private Wealth Management or Operations

  • Request investment account performance reports from Private Wealth Management

QUALIFICATIONS

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure

  • Excellent communications skills; team focused

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented

  • Client service experience preferred
