Executes the supply chain work based on the objectives established for service, cost, and investment.
Leads improvement activities in all aspects of the supply chain to simplify where possible.
Run the tactical planning process on a monthly basis (current year + two-year view).
Coordinate with third-party (External Manufacturing) sites for campaign planning.
Work with operations team to ensure clear EM strategy.
Release PO, coordinate for RM/PM availability, confirm production plans, follow-up for supply schedules with EM sites.
Conduct SAP transactions for production posting, inventory movements and GI/GR for EM sites.
Continuously improves improve inventory management and replenishment plan, while meeting the delivery performance goals.
Finalize MPS, reconcile MPS/MRP/DRP, check with all relevant parties to ensure on the MPS/ DPSP plan and escalate any short-term issues that might affect many other stakeholders to supply review process.
Responsible to represent the risks associated with the supply chain plans and their options and contingencies to mitigate them for all EM locations.
Tracks all master planning metrics and reports appropriately.
Minimum 4-5 years of supply chain planning experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering is required
Knowledge of DIBM process
Possess good Communication, Networking, Teamwork, People & Organizational skills
SAP / APO / BW / SCM7 experience
Accountability manage supply for current business and growth plans for EM sites.
Monthly supply plans for IBP process and highlight supply risks.
Close coordination with DRP and logistics teams for material availability
Ensure timely availability of supplies while ensuring adherence to inventory targets
