We are currently seeking a Asset Quality & Maintenance Manager for our Coil Tubing locations company-wide (TX, CO & OK). PURPOSE:
The Asset Quality & Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing and directing maintenance personnel and activities to ensure quality and consistency over specific product line(s). Managing and coordinating the maintenance and repair of equipment at the field and location level. Guarantees maintenance of equipment meets organization standards and allows minimum equipment downtime. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
Establishes and maintains preventative maintenance programs and procedures Responsible for implementation and adherence of product line(s) routine maintenance program. Inspecting and documenting assets and area maintenance programs, and reporting deficiencies to area and product line management Assist with all refurbishment and major repair projects within the product line(s). Assist area operations and product line management in planning, coordination, and direction of all maintenance operations, up to and including installation of equipment, preventative maintenance, and facility/equipment repair to support operations. Partner with internal and external customers to meet the Company's needs and achieve the organizations maintenance goals.
Leads and coaches maintenance teams to provide context and direction to ensure all taks support business goals, objectives, best practices and proper quality specifications; coordinates with management on workforce planning ensuring optimal staffing; carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and organizational goals. Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience Work Experience: 8-10 years Supervisory Experience 1-3 years PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's Degree Work Experience: 10 Supervisory Experience 4-6 years PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Precise hand/eye coordination:
